In accordance with GDPR, we have implemented this Privacy Notice to inform you, our customers, of the types of data we process about you. We also include the reasons for processing your data, the lawful basis that allows us to process it, how long we keep it for and your rights regarding your data. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy notices for any websites to which we provide external links OnWard Education representatives, which includes employees, contractors, current and former customers are required to comply with our Data Protection and Privacy policy. OnWard Education may disclose individual’s information to trusted third parties for the purposes set out in this document or as explained when we collect your data.

Who We Share Your Data With:

Employees and Directors of OnWard Education who are bound by confidentiality agreements will process personal data on behalf of the business.

As an organisation, we may use trusted services providers to facilitate our service. We want to inform you, our clients that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. If so, they have access to this information for the sole purposes of performing the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. Such services include AWS, OpenAI, MongoDB, Google Services.

We may pass on your information if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation. This includes reporting information about incidents (as appropriate) to An Garda Síochána, for the purposes of them detecting, investigating and/or prosecuting offences.

How Long We Keep Your Data:

We only keep your data for as long as is necessary, which will be at least for the duration of your business with us. In some cases, we will keep your data for longer as set out below;
